The program aims to improve the capabilities and skills of the organization’s management, its staff, and volunteers (administratively, financially, and technically), improve the organization’s resources and inputs necessary to implement its programs and activities, improve communication and networking, and increase the organization’s visibility and spread in society. In the future, the program aspires to establish a musical instrument maintenance and manufacturing unit to achieve the financial sustainability of the institution.
